This might seem a weird and a random post, but i chose to talk about the importance of water and what i mean by that is how important it is for any human being to drink enough water on a daily basis. I'm saying this because i have seen the difference water has done to my body. For example, my nails are stronger and healthier, my skin is softer and brighter.. etc. these all besides the internal benefits. many people now days neglect that, especially when water is not that hard to get like many third world countries where many people don't have enough water and barely have enough to survive. water has more benefits to our bodies than we can ever imagine. here are 6 reasons to drink water according to an article By Kathleen M. 6 Reasons to Drink Water

1. Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids.

 Our bodies are about 60% water so imagine how much water your body needs to stay balanced. 

2. Water Can Help Control Calories.

 Yes, water cleans our bodies from so many things and one of them is calories. 

3. Water Helps Energize Muscles. 

Your muscles are much stronger when they are clean and healthy. 

4. Water Helps Keep Skin Looking Good.

 Like i said before, your skin feels and looks good and alive. of course this is beside skin care routine but that's totally the basics. 

5. Water Helps Your Kidneys.

 Your kidneys need water or there is a high chance of getting kidney stones and believe me it hurts like hell. my brother has them and when they start falling down, it's like giving birth.

6. Water Helps Maintain Normal Bowel Function.

Who wants to have a problem with their stomach and their bowel function? no one. Especially when it starts to cause pain and noise.
